Digital accessibility stopped being an extra: it is reach, it is compliance and it is an ethical responsibility.

Team reviewing WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards with analysis tools

Accessibility in digital environments has become critical. The W3C's Web Accessibility Initiative maintains WCAG, the international standard that defines what it means for a site to be usable by people with a visual, hearing, motor or cognitive disability, and which in Chile is also the reference for public-sector requirements.

Every site is different and calls for its own approach. We don't work through a generic checklist: we review your platform, identify which barriers genuinely exist and for whom, and prioritize by impact and effort.

What the work covers

The work is organized in three stages. They can be contracted separately, though the assessment always comes first.

  • Full assessment

We go through the site the way someone who depends on a screen reader or on the keyboard would, not only what an automated validator picks up.

    • Keyboard navigation and visible focus
    • Semantic structure and heading hierarchy
    • Color contrast and legibility
    • Screen reader compatibility
    • A report prioritized by impact
  • Recommended

    Implementing the fixes

We correct what we found in the code and in the design, instead of laying an accessibility overlay on top that hides the problem without solving it.

    • Code optimization and semantic markup
    • Design and interaction adjustments
    • Integration of assistive tooling
    • Documentation of the changes
  • Testing and ongoing optimization

Accessibility breaks with every new release. This stage keeps the level you reached from slipping over time.

    • Testing with users and assistive technology
    • Regular reviews
    • Support for the team that publishes
